How do I change or cancel an order?
Once an order is placed, we move fast. If you need to change or cancel, contact us at service@roadrunnerjeans.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships—but no guarantees once it's in processing.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in your confirmation email and shipment email. If you didn’t receive one, check your spam folder or reach out to support.

We ship with trusted carriers like Canada Post and Purolator.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and the shipping method selected.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping is free on orders over $100 CAD. Orders under that ship for a flat fee shown at checkout.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
- 3–7 business days
- 7–14 business days
How do I know my order has been shipped?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Free shipping applies on international orders over $75 CAD.

What is your return policy, and how do I initiate a return?
We want you to feel good in your Urban Star jeans. If they’re not the right fit, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- 28 days of delivery
- 14 days of your return request
To start a return:
- Get Authorization: Contact service@roadrunnerjeans.com to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for returning their order using their preferred shipping method.
- Send Tracking: Provide tracking details once shipped.

What do I need to include in my return package?
Include the jeans, tags intact, and your order number inside the package.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

What is the sizing for Urban Star jeans?
Check our Fit Guide. Our jeans are true to size, but if you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up.
Are the products on the website the same as in stores?
Yes, though some colours or fits may be exclusive to our website.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
What’s the best way to care for my jeans?
Wash cold. Tumble dry low. Inside-out helps preserve colour. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
